Itinerary for Friday, May 10, 2019 through Sunday, May 12, 2019
May 10 Meet your guide at the Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum and depart for Tilghman’s Island for a two hour skipjack sail onboard the Rebecca T. Ruark.  Then learn to make Eastern Shore fare at a cooking class at Two if by Sea.  Head for St. Michaels for a visit with local mosaic artist Sue Stockman and spend free time in St. Michael’s shopping and dining on your own.
May 11 Meet your guide at the Rams Head Tavern and Brewery before touring the Maryland State House and having lunch in downtown Annapolis.  Take a narrated cruise on the Chesapeake and visit the William Paca House and Gardens where you will be treated to 10-layer Smith Island Cake.  Head to National Harbor and check into the hotel and explore.
May 12 Visit the George Washington Masonic Naitonal Memorial and the Lee Fendall Home and Garden.  Enjoy lunch at the 18th century Gadsby Tavern.  Explore the quaintstreets and shops of Alexandria’s Old Town.  Depart by water taxi to Georgetown for a memorable Italian dinner at Filomena’s before returning home.
