The Township stormwater project on Sunset Hollow Road has been completed. The end walls and pipe have been installed and the road has been reopened to traffic. In the spring, the contractor will be back on site in order to install trees and complete certain grading and vegetation work that could not be completed this winter.
Construction on the Pine Valley Circle stormwater project is underway. Most of the large diameter pipe that is scheduled to be replaced has been completed and the Township is waiting on delivery of a few of the last structures involved in the project. Certain pipe is starting to be staged on Amelia Drive for that portion of the project. In the spring, the contractor will begin work on the basin and complete the final paving and lawn restorations.
We appreciate everyone’s cooperation as we have worked to complete these projects.
In addition to these projects, work is continuing on the other stormwater projects in the Township. This includes the pipe culvert replacement on Bolmar Street, the pipe culvert lining on Legion Drive, and the Sylvan Road pipe replacement project. These projects are slated for 2022 and are being funded through the funds received through the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021. Please watch the West Goshen Township website for additional information.
