Just a reminder that all dogs must be kept under the control of their owners at all times, whether you are on your own property or a public park.
Pennsylvania and West Goshen Township dog laws require dogs to be on leash and under control when in public. When on private property, dogs must be kept on the property and not allowed to run loose.
Please see this link on the Pennsylvania Dog Law.
Dog owners are ultimately responsible for any damage their dogs cause to other animals, people or property.
