Goose Creek Cleanup
2017 marks the 20th year of the Chester Ridley Crum Watershed Association annual stream cleanup, and the 12th year that West Goshen’s Goose Creek has been a participating site. Volunteers are being recruited to join in the effort to keep our local streams safe and clean. The cleanup of the Goose Creek will begin behind the McDonald’s at Gay Street and Montgomery Avenue between 9:00 and 11:30 AM on Saturday, April 22nd. Gloves, coffee, and bagels will be provided. Volunteers with boots and waders are encouraged to bring them. Volunteers and members of the public are also invited to attended the Chester Ridley Crum Watershed Association picnic at Pavilion #8 of Ridley Creek State Park on Saturday, April 22nd between 11:30 AM and 1:30 PM. There will be complimentary food, fun, and games at the picnic.
