A regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors of West Goshen Township was called to order by Chairman Dr. Robert S. White at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 28, 2007, at the West Goshen Township Administration Building. Mr. Meakim was absent. Dr. White opened the meeting with the Pledge of Alligiance to the Flag. Dr. White opened the floor for public comment. No comments were made. Dr. White announced that SupervisorsHearing S-08-06 which was scheduled for today fo hear the application of The Benson Companies for the property located at 901 N. New Streett has been continued to April 11, 2007 at 4:00 p.m. Dr. White announced that the Board of Supervisors met in Executive Session on February 26, 2007 to discuss personnel matters. On motion by Ms. McIllvaine, seconded bt Dr. White, the Board unamimously approved the bills to be paid from the General Fund, the Sewer Fund, the Capital Reserve Fund, and the Waste and Recycling Fund. Mr. Richard Craig, Township Engineer, opened and read the following bids for one new 2008 19,000 GVW 4-Wheel Drive Dump Truck with Snowplow and Rear Mounted Spreader. |

On motion by Dr. White, seconded by Ms. McIllvaine, the Board unanimously approved awarding the bid to Brian Hoskins Ford pending review of the bids by Mr. Craig. On motion by Dr. White, seconded by Ms. McIllvaine, the Board unanimously approved a Final Land Development Plan for a 3,894 square foot landscaping storage building addition for Kevin Logue located at 815 Lincoln Avenue. Mr. Rich Vishneski for D.L. Howell Associates was present to represent the plan. Dr. White opened the floor for public comment. No comments were made.
