The Park and Recreation Department offers a fitness program just for women, with the nationally accredited Adventure Boot Camp. Sessions take place between 5:30 and 6:30 AM Mondays through Fridays at West Goshen Community Park between the following dates:

Next Sessions: 
March 22nd through April 16th
April 26th through May 21st

The cost for the four-week sessions is $300 for West Goshen residents, or $320 for non-residents. For a cost of $200 for West Goshen residents, or $210 for non-residents, participants can join three session per week of the four-week session.
